Welcome to the Dogs R Us website for dog walking, home boarding, one to one training and behaviour and rescue! Thank you so much for your interest. My name is Phaedra Denman and I have had the privelege of owning 11 of my own dogs over the last 15 years.
Pictured her is Amber, taking a rest in the blue bells.
I have many years of experience of working with dogs of all sizes, large and small, and I have often had to work with dogs that are showing signs of lack of training, under socialisation, deep routed fears and aggression.
I have raised several litters of rescue puppies through their vital first few weeks of life and I have dealt with many different ailments in dogs.
Bracken and Whizz, my two whippet lurchers.
I constantly attend behavioural courses and work shops so that my methods of training and handling of dogs remains highly motivational, fun and up to the minute.
I am very reliable and punctual, extremely professional and whole heartedly trustworthy. More over I have a genuine affinity and affection for all dogs, and treat every dog that is in my care as if it is one of my own.
Beautiful Hetty was one of the rescue dogs that came to me looking for a home. She looked so comfortable on my sofa so I decided to keep her.
My methods of walking, handling and training dogs are completely reward based, whether it be through verbal praise, toy rewards, treats, or touch such as stroking or massage. I have a a special love for all dogs and I am able to put myself in their position and see the world through their eyes and for this reason, we understand each other and have a very special bond.
Bailey was born in front of me when I worked at Celia Cross Greyhound Trust. All of his brothers and sisters had been chosen which left him alone. He came home with me that day and I am so lucky to have him in my life. He may have been the last puppy, but I think he is definately the best one!
Basil is an 15 month old Rottie who has jrecently joined our family. He is a huge softy and loves everyone. He appears to have had a rough past and has not enjoyed the comforts of a home. He doesn't think much of his big fluffy bed yet, or his rain coat, but loves getting all the toys out of the toy box and the other dogs are showing him that he can now start to enjoy life.
My dogs are all willing to share with either boarding dogs or rescue dogs. Pictured here are Amber and Rusty who became "Branston" in his new home as he was such a pickle. How cute! Branston comes to stay with my dogs when Nick and Sue go on holiday and he visits atleast twice a week to play with his new best friend, Basil.
Please take a little time to flick through my web site and discover the different levels of service that I offer.

Please consider sending a donation in order to help save a rescue dog. Dogs R Us Rescue urgently needs funds if it is going to be able to continue to rescue and re-home dogs. We don't receive any financial help and the costs of rescue are high. Please e-mail me if you can help.
